         *Print on Demand for Shoes

  • The technology advancement has taken the print on demand process to a whole new level!  Print on demand has taken the same quality seen on t-shirts and hats and applied them to some of the most legendary and iconic shoe styles.  
  • The pre-selected artwork designs are made from a wide variety of the most popular symbols, logos, and designs in the world.  Although the designs have been pre-selected to speed up the manufacturing process, it will still take a few days to make the shoes before shipping them to you. When the process of making the shoes gets faster, we will be bringing you full print on demand shoes that you can design completely yourself.  
  • The process of making print on demand shoes starts after you select and order the shoes. 
  • It will take from 3 to 5 days to make the shoes before shipping them.  It can take longer during busy times, like holidays or high-volume orders.  
  • Shipping will take from 3-7 days.  It can be longer because of busier postal times.                              
         *Pre Order, Shoe Sizing
  •  Ordering the right size shoe is even more important than normal with a customized shoe.  If you can’t wait to get your sexy new shoes with your passion or favorite team on them, then make sure you order the right size the first time.  The shoes fit true to size but to make sure you order the right size; we recommend that you measure your foot.  
  • Foot measuring tips:  
  • Measure both feet (bare feet) from heel to longest toe and use the largest measurement of the two feet, if different.  
  • Measure your foot later in the day when it is normally larger, to keep from getting a size to small.  
  • Place a tape measure or a ruler on the floor and measure your foot standing up to have normal walking weight on your feet, so they will measure accurately. 
  • After measuring your (Bare Feet), measure your foot again with the socks that you intend to wear with the shoes. 
  • From the two measurements, use the measurement that you are most comfortable with and add a little room for comfort.  When in doubt or if you seem to be an in between size, order a half size larger, just in case.  
          *Ordering

  • After you order, you will receive an order confirmation email, with an order confirmation number.  
  • You will also receive a shipping confirmation number and tracking information, after the shoes are made (After 3-5 days).

          * Return Process and Procedures

  • There is a 7-day money back guarantee on all orders
  • If you feel a need to return a pair of shoes, first log in to artwalkshoes.com and go to Returns and Exchanges in the footer menu.  You will need to enter your email and the order number of the shoes you wish to return. 
  • If there is a physical issue with the shoes, you will be required to take a picture of the specific issue on the shoes and upload the picture in the designated area.  Also, you will need to describe your concern with the issue on the shoes.
  • If you are requesting a return because the shoes don’t fit properly and you do not want a replacement pair sent to you, indicate that in the comment section in the return process.  You will need to upload a picture of the shoes as well.  We will email you a return shipping label, free of charge. 
  • If the shoes you ordered are the wrong size and you want a new different size shoe sent to you. We will pay for you to return the shoes to us, and we will ship you the new shoes, free of charge. Once we receive the shoes from you at our California warehouse, (We should receive the shoes in 2 to 3 days from you within the US) we will put in your replacement order and your shoes will take the normal processing time stated.  
  • If you are requesting a return because the shoes are damaged or defective and this can be proven with a photo, we will pay for the shipping back to us, whether you would like another pair in their place or not. 
  • If the shoes are damaged or defective and you would like a new pair sent to you, provide a picture of the issue and a written statement of what is wrong with the shoes.  We will pay for you to return the pair of shoes to us, and we will pay to ship you a new pair.  There will be no additional cost to you.  You will have to make the request online and ship the shoes within 7 days of receiving the shoes.  You will receive a return shipping label the same day you request the return.  We feel that you shouldn’t have to pay any additional cost for something that is not your fault, and we appreciate that you are willing to give us another chance to earn and keep your business!
